স্কিল বেঙ্গল ডেস্কঃ  প্রশাসনিক স্তরের সেরা পোস্টে নিয়োগের সিভিল সার্ভিস প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে চলতি বছরের ২৭ জুন তারিখে। এই পরীক্ষায় বসার জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে অনলাইনে ইউ পি এস সি’র ওয়েবসাইটে ২৪ মার্চ, ২০২১ এর মধ্যে। ইউ পি এস সি আয়োজিত CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION, 2021 এর বিজ্ঞপ্তি নম্বর 04/2021-CSP। মোট শূন্য পদ ৭১২ টি।  প্রিলি ও মেন পরীক্ষার সেন্টার কলকাতায় রয়েছে।

যোগ্যতা

 

বয়স – ১ আগস্ট, ২০২১ অনুযায়ী বয়স হতে হবে ২১ থেকে ৩২ বছরের মধ্যে। SC / ST, OBC & PWBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়সের ঊর্দ্ধসীমায় ৫, ৩ এবং ১০ বছর বয়সের ছাড় রয়েছে।

 

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা

 

যে কোনও শাখায় গ্র্যাজুয়েট। ফাইনাল ইয়ারের পরীক্ষার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন, সেক্ষেত্রে প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষায় পাশ করলে মেন পরীক্ষায় বসার আগে গ্র্যাজুয়েট পাশের প্রমাণপত্র দাখিল করতে হবে।  

 

কতবার এই পরীক্ষায় বসা যায়

 

অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা ঠিকঠাক থাকলে একজন পরীক্ষার্থী কতবার এই পরীক্ষায় বসতে পারবেন তার নির্দিষ্ট মাপকাঠি রয়েছে। মনে রাখতে হবে, কোনও পরীক্ষার্থী প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষার ১ টি পেপারে পরীক্ষা দিলেও তা ১ বার পরীক্ষায় বসেছেন বলে ধরা হবে।

পরীক্ষা পদ্ধতি

 

দুটি ধাপে পরীক্ষা হবে- প্রিলিমিনারি এবং মেন (লিখিত পরীক্ষা ও ইন্টারভিউ)।

 

প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষার খুঁটিনাটি

 

প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষায় ২ টি পেপার - General Studies (GS) এবং CSAT। একই দিনে দুটি পেপারের পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে। অবজেক্টিভ টাইপের প্রশ্ন হবে। পেপার -২ হল কোয়ালিফাইং পেপার, এই পেপারের নুন্যতম পাশ মার্কস ৩৩%।

মেন পরীক্ষার খুঁটিনাটি

 

Paper A এবং Paper B র প্রশ্নপত্রের মান মাধ্যমিক। এই দুটি পেপারের নম্বর মেধা তালিকায় যোগ হবে না। তবে নুন্যতম পাশ নম্বর পেতে হবে। Paper A র উত্তর বাংলায় দেওয়া যাবে। প্রশ্নপত্র (other than the literature of language papers) ইংরেজি এবং হিন্দিতে হবে।   Paper B বাদে প্রতিটি পেপার এর উত্তর বাংলায় দেওয়া যাবে।

PAPER –II

 

 General             Studies-I:         Indian                Heritage           and      Culture,            History             and      Geography       of          the       World                 and     

Society.             

  • Indian culture will cover the salient aspects of Art Forms, literature and Architecture from

ancient to modern times.

  • Modern Indian history from about the middle of the eighteenth century until the present-

significant events, personalities, issues.

  • The Freedom Struggle — its various stages and important contributors/contributions from

different parts of the country.

  • Post-independence consolidation and reorganization within the country.
  • History of the world will include events from 18th century such as industrial revolution,

world wars, redrawal of national boundaries, colonization, decolonization, political

philosophies like communism, capitalism, socialism etc.— their forms and effect on the society.

  • Salient features of Indian Society, Diversity of India.
  • Role of women and women’s organization, population and associated issues, poverty and

developmental issues, urbanization, their problems and their remedies.

  • Effects of globalization on Indian society.
  • Social empowerment, communalism, regionalism & secularism.
  • Salient features of world’s physical geography.
  • Distribution of key natural resources across the world (including South Asia and the Indian

General              Studies-             IV:          Ethics,                Integrity           and       Aptitude          

  • This paper will include questions to test the candidates’ attitude and approach to issues

relating to integrity, probity in public life and his problem solving approach to various issues

and conflicts faced by him in dealing with society. Questions may utilise the case study

approach to determine these aspects. The following broad areas will be covered :

  • Ethics and Human Interface: Essence, determinants and consequences of Ethics in-human

actions; dimensions of ethics; ethics - in private and public relationships. Human Values -

lessons from the lives and teachings of great leaders, reformers and administrators; role of

family society and educational institutions in inculcating values.

  • Attitude: content, structure, function; its influence and relation with thought and behaviour;

moral and political attitudes; social influence and persuasion.

  • Aptitude and foundational values for Civil Service, integrity, impartiality and

non-partisanship, objectivity, dedication to public service, empathy, tolerance and compassion

towards the weaker-sections.

  • Emotional intelligence-concepts, and their utilities and application in administration and

governance.

  • Contributions of moral thinkers and philosophers from India and world.
  • Public/Civil service values and Ethics in Public administration: Status and problems; ethical

আবেদনের পদ্ধতি

 

আবেদন করতে হবে অনলাইনে ইউ পি এস সি’র ওয়েবসাইটে ২৪ মার্চ, ২০২১ সন্ধ্যে ৬ টার মধ্যে।  আবেদনের ফি ১০০ টাকা।  মেন পরীক্ষায় বসার সুযোগ পেলে তখন ফি বাবদ আরও ২০০ টাকা লাগবে।  এস সি / এস টি / প্রতিবন্ধী / মহিলা প্রার্থীদের কোনও ফি লাগবে না।  আরও বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য দেখুন ইউ পি এস সি’র ওয়েবসাইট
