যে কোনও শাখায় গ্র্যাজুয়েট। এবছরের ফাইনাল ইয়ারের পরীক্ষার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২১ এর মধ্যে গ্রাজুয়েসান পাসের প্রমাণপত্র দাখিল করতে হবে। বয়স হতে হবে ১ এপ্রিল ২০২১ অনুযায়ী ২১ থেকে ৩০ বছরের মধ্যে।

Phase-III:
মেন পরীক্ষায় পাশ করলে ইন্টারভিউ (৫০ নম্বর) বা ইন্টারভিউ (৩০ নম্বর) + গ্রুপ ডিসকাসন (২০ নম্বর) নেওয়া হবে ।
প্রথমে ২ বছরের প্রবেশন । তারপর Junior Management Grade Scale-I পোস্টে চাকরি। শুরুতে (Junior
Management Grade Scale-I. ) বেসিক পে ৪১,৯৬০ টাকা। এছাড়া অন্যান্য ভাতা আছে।
